Reproduced from a portrait in Castle Howard, Yorkshire. Costume also includes underpinnings including corset, crinoline, petticoat and insert.

Victorian Prostitute Costume

1880's bustle dress.

Designed as a costume for one of the Jack The Ripper victims. Costume consists of a boned bodice in orange velvet, red silk skirt that sits over a bustle with apron front. All underpinnings including corset, chemise, bustle and petticoat. This dress is decorated with silk braid, lace, and authentic jet beading. The costume is finished with a silk hat.

Flights of Fancy

Plate tutu and boned bodice make up this ballet costume.

A blue silk bodice is decorated with different textile techniques. Tutu is decorated with melted fabric encrusted with beads and sequins. A gold bomber jacket and flight helmet finish off the flight theme.

1920s dress

Olive green silk chiffon and satin evening dress with hand-beaded motifs.

Dark brown taffetta and velvet flowers make up the belt around the dropped waist.


Ballet costume designed for Carabosse from Sleeping Beauty.

Romantic tutu made from layers of black, purple and blue net. The boned bodice is cut in a tudor style and made from blue silk taffeta. It is decorated with melted fabric and felt, and encrusted with beads, sequins and crystals. A feather collar and headdress enhance this dramatic costume.
